Kingswood Klam 5K Run/Walk

CRR Grand Prix event 

1 Mile Fun Run: 8:00 AM
5K: 8:30 AM

Kingswood Recreation Association is hosting our 10th annual 5K fun run and walk and a 1 mile fun run for kids! The event will be held Saturday June 6, at 8:30 and 8:00 am respectively. All race participants may spend the day at Kingswood Pool after the race. The race proceeds will benefit Kingswood Pool and Recreation Association. The 1 mile fun run begins at 8:00 am and the 5K run/walk begins at 8:30 am. The awards will be held at 9:45 am with 90+ awards. This race is a Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix Event.

Awards: Awards are given to the top three overall men and women, to the top three in five year ages groups from 14 and under to 70 and over. Awards are also given to the top three men and women in the walk division.

T-shirts: T-shirts and exact sizes are only guaranteed to entrants who register by Wednesday, May 27, 2026. After May 27, shirts are first come, first served, while supplies last.

FURever Home 8K, 5K, 1 Mile Run/Walk

Calling all animal lovers! The 7th annual FURever Homes Race is on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Jamestown High School. This Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix event welcomes all ages and levels of runners and walkers. There will be paw-some community vendors, music, food, raffles, and more! Leashed dogs are welcome at the event and can participate with their humans in the 5k and 1-mile Fun Run.

All proceeds benefit the homeless pets at The Heritage Humane Society, so don’t miss out on the fun! Register online today. Your registration includes a race t-shirt (*guaranteed to early bird registrants only), participant medal, and race packet.

Night Owl 9K (5.6 miles)

CRR Grand Prix event 

9K: 6:00 PM

This race is at Freedom Park in Williamsburg, VA and starts at 6pm. The Start/Finish will be in the meadow parallel to the Botanical Garden area. The challenging course includes single track, fire road and paved trails all within the park. Rolling hills throughout. Keep in mind some of the trails are technical and have roots, twists and turns! Practice on mountain bike type single track trails if available! Race will happen rain or shine with a possibility of a 30 min delay if needed for storms.

Jamestown Half Marathon and 5K

The  Jamestown Half Marathon is a 13.1 mile Course commemorating the beginning of America. The race starts and finishes in the vicinity of the Amblers House (Vermillion Building) 2205 Jamestown Rd 23185.  The Jamestown Half Marathon follows a uniquely American course, winding through Jamestown Settlement, circling Jamestown Island, and traversing the Greensprings and Virginia Capital Trail. This flat, scenic course is where America began. Your every footfall will echo with the steps of those that came before and give you the chance to make your own history.  

Perks: All runners and walkers receive a beautiful custom race T (guaranteed race T in the requested size if registered by Oct 17th), custom finisher medal ( participants must finish to receive), Swag Bag, After race refreshments and complimentary beer ( must be 21 or older to receive).  Dj and music for entertainment.  .

Carter’s Grove 10K

Join us for a 10K and a 5K run along the Carter’s Grove Country Road Course. Surpass your personal best while helping Olde Towne assure access to quality health and wellness care to the residents and workforce of the greater Williamsburg community. This challenging run is on the old Carters Grove Country Road which is a paved trail. This will be a Colonial Road Runners Grand Prix event (10K), and is on a USATF-certified course (10K & 5K). Or participate in the 1 Mile Health Hike Fun Run, free for those under 10.

LOCATION: 101 Mount’s Bay Rd, Williamsburg VA 23185 (James City County Government Complex). Runner check-in and same day registration begins at 7:45am. Parking available on location. Run Course Map

EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: There is a $5 discount if registered by September 30, 2026 at 11:59pm. All registered runners will receive an event T-shirt, but size is only guaranteed to those who register by October 15, 2026, at 11:59pm. Online registrations will be closed on November 6, 2026 at 12:00pm. On the day of the event in-person registration will be open at 7:45 am, and there will be $5 price increase.

PACKET PICK UP: will be available at Olde Towne Medical & Dental Center (5249 Olde Towne Road, Williamsburg VA 23188) on November 6, 2026 from 12pm-5pm and can also be picked up the morning of race day beginning at 7:45.

Medals: place medals will be given to the top 3 overall men and women in the 10K run, top 3 men and women for the 10K race walk, best time (men and women) in all age groups for the 10K, (14-and-under through 75-and-over), top 3 men and women overall in the 5K run/walk, and top girl and boy in the Healthy Hike (under 12).
